they are increasing the maximum they will lend to non-residents from 60% to 100% !!!!!This applies to all their distressed properties that haven´t yet been repossessed (which all have ref codes starting 9001-2), and to any properties marked as "PREFERENTE".
On all other properties, they have increased the max loans from 60% to 90% !!And for all properties, there is also a great deal on interest rates (2.45% FIXED for 3 years, thereafter Euribor plus 0.5-1.0%)
Even the opening fee is highly competitive at 1.0% !!!All the above applies to non-residents living in any European country apart from Spain. For residents in Spain, they will lend 100% plus expenses (ie they finance the entire purchase) on distressed properties, and 100% of the purchase cost on all other properties!!I will be updating
the mortgage page this morning to reflect these changes (the bank in question is referred to as Bank B.
