There is now a considerable amount of high quality new and resale properties being offered by the Spanish banks who financed the building and/or purchase of these properties. The Spanish banks are understandably keen to reduce the numbers of such properties on their books, and so the time has never been better to acquire one of these Spanish property bargains. Some of these properties are never publicly advertised before they are snapped up, and some of these properties are not marketed via English-language websites. If you are interested in finding out more about this type of opportunity, we can help you buy direct from the leading savings bank in the Costa Blanca because we are their appointed propety and mortgage agents. There are several advantages in buying such a property eg

* improved mortgage conditions (up to 100% finance, no mortgage fee, 0% interest for 3 years, no capital payments for 3 years ....ie your mortgage is frozen for 3 years, and when you eventually start paying in year 4, your capital balance is the same as it was in 2010)

* improved chance of mortgage approval (the bank will give preference over mortgage applicants who are purchasing private property)
