We are very pleased to announce that 522 Spanish villas with finance up to 110% (for residents, regardless of nationality) and 100% (for non-residents residing in the rest of the EU). Great news - the 2010 mortgage offer from bank A has been extended into 2011. (80% loan, no opening fee, no interest and no capital payments to make for 3 years - your mortgage effectively deep-frozen for 3 years during which time you pay NOTHING!) To view a selection of great Spanish bank repossession and distressed properties throughout Spain and the islands from Bank A, simply choose "Bank A" from the bank/private sale field on the search tool on our home page!

Yesterday we added something new to the home page. An extra search tool which gives you direct access to ALL of the repossessions and distressed property stock from Bank B (the same bank that recently announced it was offering 90-100% mortgages on their properties to non-residents, and for residents they would even allow the expenses associated with the purchase to be included in the mortgage!) So, being able to search their full list of over 3,000 repossessed and distressed properties directly from our home page will be great not only for you, but for me as it means I don´t have to do so much cutting and pasting any more! I might even take up golf ! (can´t see it myself though). We did have some teething problems (the search tool wasn´t displaying properly on computers running XP), and although that has been sorted out, one of our Facebook friends reports it´s flashing on and off on his ipad. If anyone else has similar problems viewing the new search tool, please email me ( info@spanishbankproperty.com) or leave a message on our Facebook page ( www.spanishbankproperty.com/facebook). We´d be very grateful. If the problems continue, we may consider moving the new search tool off the home page and putting it somewhere else on the site, but for now it seems to be working great on most PC´s. What I really like about it is that it displays all the properties on a map, and allows you to filter the properties (eg for number of beds, price range etc) at the same time. So if you want to see EXACTLY where all the 3+ bedroom properties below 200,000 euros are....AND click on them to see all the info and photos (in English or Spanish), you can do!May I take this opportunity to wish all of you a fantastic 2011. Let´s hope it´s a good one, as the song goes.

http://spanishbankproperty.comThis just in - one of our main banks (with a great range of properties at very competitive prices throughout Spain and the islands) has just revealed to us that they are increasing the maximum they will lend to non-residents from 60% to 100% !!!!!This applies to all their distressed properties that haven´t yet been repossessed (which all have ref codes starting 9001-2), and to any properties marked as "PREFERENTE". On all other properties, they have increased the max loans from 60% to 90% !!And for all properties, there is also a great deal on interest rates (2.45% FIXED for 3 years, thereafter Euribor plus 0.5-1.0%)
Even the opening fee is highly competitive at 1.0% !!!All the above applies to non-residents living in any European country apart from Spain. For residents in Spain, they will lend 100% plus expenses (ie they finance the entire purchase) on distressed properties, and 100% of the purchase cost on all other properties!!I will be updating the mortgage page this morning to reflect these changes (the bank in question is referred to as Bank B. To see all properties available with this fantastic mortgage offer, simply select "Bank B" from the "Bank/private sale" drop-down list when you do a search using the search tool on the home page. Alternatively click here for direct access to ALL the properties available with these conditions from Bank B.
If you email us ( info@spanishbankproperty.com) telling us which area/s and what price range, number of bedrooms you´re looking for, we can send you an up to date list of all properties with photos, maps etc. This news should make a lot of great properties ( like this fantastic Zeniamar top-floor bungalow) even more accessible !!
