I have to admit, our old property search tool (http://www.spanishbankproperty.com/forum/index.php?page=search_spanish_properties_for_sale)was great in general, but useless when it came to filtering for properties NEAR beaches. Not any more.
By selecting the "Towns with beaches (playas)?" checkbox, you will no longer have to trawl through flats and farms in Madrid and central Spain before you get to desirable properties near the coast !
So far I´ve only mapped the Med coast, so if you´re looking for beach towns on the Atlantic coast, you´ll have to wait till I´ve had a couple more tea breaks - sorry!
