We are very pleased to announce that 522 Spanish villas with finance up to 110% (for residents, regardless of nationality) and 100% (for non-residents residing in the rest of the EU). The properties are spread throughout all areas of Spain, especially the coast, and we now have a feature on our property search page which allows you not only filter on bank properties, but for properties available with this high level of finance (100-110%).
Look out for about 2,000 more apartments coming on-line soon with similar finance options.
