Title: New search tool on home page gives direct access to all bank B stock!
Post by: Sorelle Fox on December 30, 2010, 08:07:30 AM
Yesterday we added something new to the home page.  An extra search tool which gives you direct access to ALL of the repossessions and distressed property stock from Bank B (the same bank that recently announced it was offering 90-100% mortgages on their properties to non-residents, and for residents they would even allow the expenses associated with the purchase to be included in the mortgage!)

So, being able to search their full list of over 3,000 repossessed and distressed properties directly from our home page will be great not only for you, but for me as it means I don´t have to do so much cutting and pasting any more!  I might even take up golf ! (can´t see it myself though).

We did have some teething problems (the search tool wasn´t displaying properly on computers running XP), and although that has been sorted out, one of our Facebook friends reports it´s flashing on and off on his ipad.  If anyone else has similar problems viewing the new search tool, please email me (info@spanishbankproperty.com) or leave a message on our Facebook page (www.spanishbankproperty.com/facebook (http://www.spanishbankproperty.com/facebook)).  We´d be very grateful.

If the problems continue, we may consider moving the new search tool off the home page and putting it somewhere else on the site, but for now it seems to be working great on most PC´s.

What I really like about it is that it displays all the properties on a map, and allows you to filter the properties (eg for number of beds, price range etc) at the same time. So if you want to see EXACTLY where all the 3+ bedroom properties below 200,000 euros are....AND click on them to see all the info and photos (in English or Spanish), you can do!

May I take this opportunity to wish all of you a fantastic 2011.  Let´s hope it´s a good one, as the song goes.
